Dungeons & Dragons Meets Magic: The Gathering in This New Campaign Sourcebook for the World’s Greatest Roleplaying Game

RENTON, WA – July 21, 2020 – Wizards of the Coast combines the world’s greatest roleplaying game with the world’s greatest strategy game to create one amazing campaign setting in Mythic Odysseys of Theros, available in physical hardcover format starting today. An alternative cover with a distinctive design by Kevin Tong is also available today exclusively in game stores. Mythic Odysseys of Theros is also available as a digital download on D&D Beyond, Fantasy Grounds, and Roll20.

Set in the Magic: The Gathering world of Theros, players can wield a god’s weapon and play using new race options as they embark on a challenge fit for the gods. Select a supernatural gift, aligning your character with one of Theros’ fifteen gods and carve a tale of odysseys and ordeals on your personal path to destiny. The new sourcebook introduces the Bard’s College of Eloquence and the Paladin’s Oath of Heroism, even as it presents players with the challenge of mythic monsters. Destiny and immortal schemes lead the players’ characters through challenges previously unknown, leaving behind an odyssey that will be celebrated in the athenaeum of legends writ among the eternal stars.
