DOOM™ | Arena Board Game Launches on Kickstarter

London, ENGLAND: Tuesday 28th October 2025 12pm GMT

Publisher of tabletop roleplaying games, wargames and board games, Modiphius Entertainment, has today launched the Kickstarter for DOOM | Arena Board Game.

Available to back starting today, the Kickstarter will run from 28th October – 21st November. Modiphius is offering backers two versions of the board game: DOOM | Arena Board Game, based on the original DOOM (1993) video game, and the DOOM: The Dark Ages | Arena Board Game, based on the latest critically acclaimed title in the franchise. Both games will use the same ruleset, and the campaign will include a variety of expansions covering enemies found in both games.

The reward tiers are:

  • DOOM Guy – £5 / $7: DOOM: The Dark Ages | Arena Board Game or DOOM | Arena Board Game and Slayer Model
  • Standard Edition – £45 / $60: Standard Edition of DOOM: The Dark Ages | Arena Board Game Core Box or DOOM | Arena Board Game Core Box and Slayer Model
  • Premium Edition – £60 / $80: Premium Edition of DOOM: The Dark Ages | Arena Board Game Core Box or DOOM | Arena Board Game Core Box and Slayer Model
  • Both Premium Editions – £120 / $161: Premium Editions of both DOOM: The Dark Ages | Arena Board Game Core Box and DOOM | Arena Board Game Core Box and both Slayer Models
  • Premium Editions and Expansions – £190 / $255: Premium Editions of both core boxes, both Slayer Models and the Expansions of both editions
  • All-in – £330 / $442: One of everything (Premium Editions of both core boxes, both Slayer Models and the Expansions of both editions, Serrat Box, Atlan Box, the BFD, both dice trays and Serrat Dragon Model)

Modiphius is offering a quick-to-learn competitive game, where players face off as either the DOOM Slayer or the demonic hordes and rip and tear across a variety of battlefields.
