New Vegas themed quest book will be available to pre-order next month
London, ENGLAND: Friday 22nd August 2025
Publisher of tabletop roleplaying games, wargames and board games, Modiphius Entertainment has today shared new illustrations to be featured in the eagerly awaited quest book for Fallout the Roleplaying Game, Royal Flush.
Available for pre-order from Wednesday 24th September, Royal Flush takes players back to New Vegas and the Mojave Wasteland, where they discover a plot to bring war back to the West. Starting in New Reno—a location originally in Fallout 2—players find a body in a ditch. Hired to find out what happened, the players enter the criminal underbelly of the city, and investigate the sudden boom in military grade firearms turning up in the hands of the least likely, and most bloodthirsty, groups in the area.
With so many bullets available, old tensions begin to rise. It is only a matter of time before that much firepower causes the entire Mojave to explode… unless someone does something about it. The quest book will give players the opportunity to visit New Vegas and explore a new region on the border of the Mojave: the Sierras.

The new artwork features brand new illustrations of the Mojave Wasteland, Hoover Dam, New Vegas, and The Strip, as well as new locations being explored by the tabletop RPG supplement, like Tahoe and Carson, commissioned by Modiphius Entertainment specifically for these new tabletop RPG quests.
