Ruins of Eriador for The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying is the same book as Ruins of the Lost Realm for The One Ring. The only differences are the mechanics are designed to be compatible with Dungeons & Dragons 5E and the book does not contain the additional Loremaster mechanics from the appendix (because they are designed for The One Ring only).
