Be Evil! Be Magnificent! Be a Backer!

Chicago, IL (March 4, 2025) – Today, publisher Storytellers Forge launched a Backerkit campaign for their latest RPG setting: Festival of the Forgotten: Revelations of the Dark Carnival. Raising over $10,000 USD from 55 backers in the first 30 minutes, this campaign will deliver a cavalcade of thrills, threats, and theatrics in a carnival setting unlike anything players and Storytellers have experienced before.

Festival of the Forgotten is a 200+ page D&D 5E 2024 Player Supplement and Adventure, containing a complete adventure, a guide on how to create evil characters, 13 new subclasses with unique twists, and much more. Back the campaign and help Storytellers Forge reach its goals to make this setting as malicious and magnificent as it can be!

The Festival of the Forgotten is coming to your kingdom, and you are invited to attend! To witness the spectacle of your freaks and outcasts when they were nurtured and allowed to thrive. Come see the wonders beyond your high walls and try your skill at unearthly games for prizes that your peers will covet.

No Storytellers Forge book comes without its own storyline or campaign, and Festival of the Forgotten is no exception. Designed to plug into homebrew worlds, existing campaigns, or as a standalone adventure, Storytellers can tantalize their players with games of chance and skill, eldritch secrets, and powerful trinkets while asking the ultimate question: what really matters to your character?

Festival of the Forgotten: Revelations of the Dark Carnival features:
  • Over 200 pages, designed with both Players and Storytellers in mind
  • How to be Evil: An ST Forge guide on building villains both as PC’s or NPC’s
  • A short campaign with multiple endings and player agency options
  • 13 new eccentric subclasses designed for 5E 2024
  • New Warlock Pacts & Invocations
  • New Carnival Games, NPCs, creatures, and magical items
