Andromeda is a Mothership Sci-Fi Horror RPG compatible module set on the hub station Andromeda. You can support it now on Kickstarter here.
Inspired by classic-sci-fi horror cinema the module plunges players into the midst of a union dispute gone wrong as unknown horrors are unleashed deep within the bowels of the station.
Andromeda is a risograph printed module on 175gsm embossed paper with fluorescent green ink. This means the module glows in the dark if exposed to UV light. Backers who support at the Hardcase level will receive a specially engraved UV torch with their order for the full Andromeda experience.
Andromeda uses an innovative zine format. It comes as an 8 page booklet containing all the information required by the Warden to run the game. The module folds out to a detailed A3 keyed map of the hub station as well as a set of illustrated and detailed NPC’s and a copy of the final transmission from the Andromeda.
The pocket sized format of Andromeda makes this an ideal module to run as a one shot during a convention or to whip out for an atmospheric night of play thanks to its portable design.
Andromeda is fully compatible with the Mothership Sci-Fi Horror RPG. It’s written to contain as much gameable content as possible via a condensed bullet point system. This includes evocative room descriptions, random encounter tables, detailed NPC’s and a huge keyed map of the Andromeda Station for you to explore. We’ve been inspired by classic science fiction horror as well as old school RPG dungeon exploration design tenets.
Andromeda is available in both digital PDF and physical zine formats.
