Letters from the Editor – Happy New Year

Another year has gone by and many things have changed here at Roleplayers Chronicle. For starters, we had many reviewers go AWOL. I don’t mean they stated they would no longer be writing reviews; they simply stopped responding to inquiries. Because of this, our daily posts have been thin. Additionally, we’ve had a couple format changes, and have now settled on a simple principle: we’ll post your news, but you have to submit it. Other than that, we’ll only post the really important things.

Why did we make this change? A couple reasons actually. First, the regular “New Release” posts were getting very little traffic. Second, special articles get a lot more traffic. Third, it was taking too much of my personal time and I just can’t do it anymore. I have way too many other projects to work on. However, the good news is that these format changes didn’t really affect our overall traffic! So, without further ado, here’s a look at December:

Visitors: ~5,900
Pageviews: ~41,000
RSS Feed: ~36,000
