September 2nd<\/sup>, 2025 \u2014 Ain\u2019t Slayed Nobody and the Rusty Quill Network have teamed up to launch the new improvised actual\u2011play series Push the Roll with Ross Bryant<\/em><\/strong>, headlined by the eponymous Ross Bryant (Dropout TV, Improvised Shakespeare Company, The Glass Cannon Network). Produced by Ain\u2019t Slayed Nobody and distributed by Rusty Quill, the series blends comedy\u2011horror with highwire improv in the world of Call of Cthulhu<\/em>.<\/p>\n

To welcome listeners, two on\u2011ramp episodes are already live, \u201cWhat Is Push the Roll with Ross Bryant?\u201d and \u201cCall of Cthulhu and You: A Rules Primer.\u201d Gameplay episodes begin airing September 10, 2025, on all major podcast platforms.<\/p>\n

Each story begins with an audience inspired twist. Patreon supporters submit imaginative episode titles, and the players at the table roll dice to randomly choose one as a narrative start point. Then halfway through, Bryant \u201cpushes the roll,\u201d adding a second randomly selected title that upends the episode\u2019s plot in real time. The result is unpredictable, character\u2011first horror told at the speed of improv.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn Push The Roll<\/em> our fans get to spark the premise, and we discover the story together at the table,\u201d said player and show producer Corbin Cupp. \u201cIt\u2019s playful, it\u2019s tense, and really celebrates what we love about Call of Cthulhu<\/em> games.\u201d<\/p>\n

A rotating ensemble of improvisers and tabletop favorites joins Bryant across the season, including Brennan Lee Mulligan, Ashly Burch, Becca Scott, Matthew Lillard, Colton Dunn, Abubakar Salim, Josephine McAdam, Ify Nwadiwe, Mark Meer, Rekha Shankar, Vic Michaelis, and more.<\/p>\n

Push the Roll<\/em> is designed for both newcomers and long\u2011time fans of tabletop roleplaying games. Ross Bryant<\/h4>\n

Ross Bryant is an actor, writer, and improviser whose career spans stage, screen, and some of the most beloved shows in tabletop actual play. He is a mainstay on The Improvised Shakespeare Company<\/strong>, performing around the world, and has delighted audiences as a recurring cast member on Dropout TV<\/strong>. Ross has been a featured performer on The Glass Cannon Network<\/strong>, where his quick wit and memorable character work made him a fan favorite in Time for Chaos<\/em>. The series plays through Masks of Nyarlathotep which is widely considered Call of Cthulhu<\/em>\u2019s most iconic campaign. Ross brings to life the reckless aristocrat Vaughn Villiers in one of actual play\u2019s most ambitious productions. Ross has also collaborated with award-winning Call of Cthulhu<\/em> podcast Ain\u2019t Slayed Nobody<\/em> for over three years in a short campaigns and improvised sessions.<\/p>\n

With Push the Roll<\/strong>, Ross steps into the role of host and Keeper, creating improvised Call of Cthulhu<\/em> adventures along with a talented cast. He balances cosmic dread and absurd fun by bringing his trademark creativity and edge to every session.
