Ork Shirts for Happiness and Community: Original Designs Supporting Good Causes 121% funded with 2 days left at Indiegogo!
Unique and playful Ork shirts and postcards available on Indiegogo until January 5 (two more days)! Every pledge supports research to improve the lives of those affected by mental illness.
The RPG Crossing play-by-post gaming community has expanded its fifth annual December drive to include the greater internet community. Original T-shirts and postcards as well as custom artwork are on offer as part of an Indiegogo campaign to support the community and to improve the lives of those affected by mental illness through donations to the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation.
Of the success of this fundraiser, RPG Crossing ‘Chief Ork’ Mark Engelhardt said, “The generosity of the RPG Crossing and wider community each year is heart-warming. This year, we’ve raised more towards improving the lives of those affected by mental illness than ever before, and at the same time supported the continued operation of our online gaming home. We’re also offering the best incentives to participate that we’ve ever managed to put together, so I’m hoping that we’ll be able to go much farther in the final days of this campaign!”
So far, over $800 has been raised towards the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation as part of this campaign. When last year’s total raised for charity was exceeded, one bonus month was added to every membership at rpgcrossing.com purchased during the campaign; this will happen again if we hit $1000. Doing good as a community is important to us! As an added incentive, every backer also receives a bundle of RPG accessories valued at over $20 as a thank you for participating.
The three unique shirts feature original art by professional artist and designer Darren Sparling. A set of postcards featuring his popular “The Spirit of Snowman Vengeance” piece is also available, as are custom drawings. Memberships at rpgcrossing.com can also be purchased, extended by an extra month due to having exceeded our initial charity fundraising goal. All of these include a donation to the Brain and Behavior research foundation.
