Old School Renaissance

SNP-SWN-Relics-of-the-LostSine Nomine Publishing [visit their website here] has released a new space opera supplement for Stars Without Number – Relics of the Lost. “In Relics of the Lost you will find a trove of ancient technology and precious artifacts long since lost to a lesser era. While written for the free Stars Without Number game system, the classic mechanics used here are compatible with almost any old-school gaming system, allowing for caches of foreign technology in your own favorite game.” Written by Kevin Crawford, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Relics of the Lost.

The Knotty Works [visit their Facebook page here] has released another Going Postal post-apocalyptic sci-fi fantasy supplement for Mutant Future – Man in the Machine. “This issue covers android archetypes and options for the Synthetic Android. Three new archetypes are introduced including a security model, medical model, and the spy android. New equipment specifically designed for synthetic androids are also presented and two synthetic android examples are given.” Written by John Buckley, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Going Postal – Man in the Machine (Synthetic Androids).

Spectrum Games [visit their website here] has released the 3rd Edition of their generic universal Cartoon Action Hour RPG. “Cartoon Action Hour: Season 3 is the third edition of the game that was nominated for “Best RPG” at the 2004 Origins Awards. The game faithfully and meticulously emulates the action-adventure cartoons of the 1980s, using “cartoon logic” as the basis for every aspect of the system. This is not just a universal game that just happens to be adorned with genre-appropriate art. Grey Matter Games [visit their Facebook page here] has released their first fantasy battlemap – Guild Hall. “The map measure 18 inches deep x 24 inches long, and features a medium-sized building that is perfect for Victorian/Steam-Punk themed games, and can be the center of an epic battle, or polt point.” Designed by David Wears, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Guild Hall Battle Map.

Heroic Maps [visit their website here] has released three new battlemaps, all with an Egyptian style – Egyptian Temple, Pharaoh’s Tomb – Lower, and Pharaoh’s Tomb – Upper. “Egyptian Temple is a printable dungeon floorplan compatible with any RPG/Dungeon-Crawl game. It can be used as a standalone gameboard, or combined with any same-scale tileset.” Designed by J. Bilton, they’re available for purchase or download from DriveThruRPG:
