Here’s a look at today’s new, third party, and accessory releases.
4 Winds Fantasy Gaming, and their publishing partner Purple Duck Games [visit their website here], has released a new Pathfinder base class in their latest Player’s Options supplement The Shinobi. “A covert agent or mercenary who specializes in commando-style operations, a shinobi is a professional spy, thief, saboteur, and assassin. Using a variety of unconventional weapons and her rigorous training in Ninjutsu, a shinobi can handle a large variety of tasks capably. While the shinobi and their techniques began among peasants forming a covert resistance to the oppressive warrior caste, in time those same skills were soon available for hire to the very same warlords. Demand for the covert operatives’ services grew, with the peasants using the wealth acquired to build their own family clans to pass on their secretive training and work together on larger missions.” Written by Sean O’Connor, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: [PFRPG] Player’s Options: The Shinobi.
Avalon Games [visit their website here] has released a new superhero organization for their Heroes Wear Masks setting Nova Roma, powered by Pathfinder – Crimejammers. “The most important piece of documentation a New Roman superhero can have is their vigilante’s license. Without one any acts of heroism they might engage in are illegal, and in the eyes of the law they are no different from the villains they fight. The vigilante’s license, however, brings with it certain restrictions. It ties the hero into the corrupt superhero industrial complex. They will have to play by the rules and learn to finesse the system.” Written by Charles Smith, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Nova Roma, Crimejammers.

The chief of these researchers was a scholarly knight named Jerome, who broke the cipher on the jar’s inscription and discovered it contained a bound spirit called The Joyous One.
