The Sinking Continues and More!

Take a look at the latest new and third party releases.

Pathfinder

  1. 01G-UA-TS6-Seeking-Dawn0one Games continues The Sinking campaign series in their latest episode – Seeking Dawn [view our entry in the Roleplayers Chronicle Reference database here]. The Sinking is not a traditional campaign in that it is a series of adventure modules placed within The Great City, but they do not need to run consecutively (nor are they released that way). This latest episode is written by Stefan Happ and available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: The Sinking: Seeking Dawn.
  2. En Garde! from Little Red Goblin Games [visit their website here] presents a new collection of martial character classes for Pathfinder. “Gallantry is not dead nor is the time honored art of fencing. Armed with a rapier, the gentleman’s weapon, a fencer stands strong against those who would offend him. One by one he calls out the foes of his lords and slays them with panache and skill. Bound to the service of one of the noble orders, he defends its honor.” Written by Scott Gladstein, Caleb Aylsworth, and Christos Gurd, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: En Garde! More Martial Classes for Pathfinder.
  3. Necromancers of the Northwest [visit their website here] continues their Exotic Encounters series of supplements for Pathfinder with their latest adversary collection – Treants. “This particular installment of Exotic Encounters focuses on the iconic treant. These paragons of nature may be fairly obvious homages to The Lord of the Rings’s ents, but that doesn’t make them any less of a staple of fantasy media, and tree-beings of all sorts are a fun and resonant part of fantasy.” Written by Alex Riggs and Joshua Zaback, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Exotic Encounters: Treants.

Other RPGs

  1. Green Ronin Publishing [visit their website here] continues their regular release schedule of the Wild Cards SCARE Sheet supplements for Mutants & Masterminds with Lohengrin. “Lohengrin is full of romantic notions, but what do you expect from a German ace with the power to create glowy knightly armor and weapons out of phantasmal (and indestructible) “ghost steel”?” Written by John Jos. Miller and Steve Kenson, it’s available for purchase from the Green Ronin Publishing Webstore: Wild Cards SCARE Sheet 14: Lohengrin (PDF).
  2. Epidemic Books, publishers of the dark fantasy RPG Oathbound [visit their website here], has released a new generic universal RPG game system called Osiris – the Open Source Roleplaying System. “Osiris is not geared towards a particular game setting or style of play, but is general enough to work in almost any situation.  This entirely new set of rules is designed to be faster than other systems, add more realistic mechanics, and offer greater flexibility.” Written by Greg Dent, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Osiris Core Rulebook.
  3. Eden Studios [visit their website here] has released a new Character Journal accessory to track your character in All Flesh Must Be Eaten as they grow throughout their career. “Put the edge back in horror survival with the AFMBE Character Journal. Record your character stats, skills, Qualities, Drawbacks, description, history, powers, supplies, companions, horrors overcome, last words and much more in this must-have gaming accessory.” It’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: All Flesh Must Be Eaten Character Journal.
  4. The zombie apocalypse never looked quite like this in the all new One Foot in the Grave RPG from Creepy Doll Studios [visit their website here]. This satire version of a zombie RPG uses a BINGO card instead of just dice. Written by Robert Nolan, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: One Foot in the Grave.
  5. Barrel Rider Games [visit their website here] continues to bring you new classic fantasy player character classes for Labyrinth Lord, with their latest Forester. “With the Forester, a new 10-level player character class for Labyrinth Lord (and other old-school fantasy role-playing games) your elf won’t have to rely on magic. As rugged and wild bowmen they’ll be able to handle whatever the wilderness can throw at them!” Written by James M. Spahn, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Forester.

Accessories

  1. PBE Games [visit their website here] continues to expand their Dungeons in Blue virtual tabletop geomorph dungeon tiles with a collection of Tunnels and Passages. “The focus of this Dungeons in Blue geomorph set is connections and corridors. Sometimes you just need to get from point A to point B, and the Tunnels and Passages collection provides the means.” Designed by Mark A. Thomas, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Dungeons in Blue – Tunnels and Passages.
  2. Finger and Toe Models [visit their website here] brings to you their latest paper model set, which seems to be the first of many, depicting the entrance to the Catacombs in this Basic Set. “Catacombs is Finger and Toe’s baseplate-based system for creating extensive underworld crypts, catacombs, and hidden temples beneath the sands. Using the base-plates, walls, doors, and props, the system relies on restickable glue for its enormous flexibility and replayability.” Designed by Glenn L. Williams, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG: Catacombs.
