Close Assault Weapons Kitbag from Avalon Games

AG-KB5-Close-Assault-WeaponsAvalon Games [visit their website here] has released their latest Kitbag weapon supplement for Traveller featuring Close Assault Weapons. Written by Martin J. Dougherty, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG:

DriveThruRPG: Kitbag #5, Close Assault Weapons

Close assault weapons are intended for use, as the name suggests, at very short ranges and often in a confined space. They are excellent for room-to-room urban combat but may lack the range to engage an opponent in more open terrain. In a close combat situation the ability to put a lot of rounds into the target is often more important than long-range marksmanship, so close assault weapons are generally built for firepower rather than accuracy.

Rift Market Fantasy Sandbox Supplement

OM-TS88-The-Rift-MarketOccult Moon [visit their website here] has released their latest Toys for the Sandbox fantasy supplement for universal use – The Rift Market. Written by Quinn Conklin, it’s available for purchase from DriveThruRPG:

DriveThruRPG: Toys for the Sandbox 88: The Rift Market

You’re an adventurer so you’ll want to explore the Rift Market. But, please, this is a nexus to the planes. Don’t enter without a guide! True, you’re brave and fearless, but with so many non-mortal s salivating to take advantage of you, you’re going to need some help. Most importantly – don’t get caught up with the Army of Light. You might think churches are always safe and, at first, undoing the work of the Godslayer sounds like a glorious mission – but, remember, the Godslayer made his mark long ago and history ever since is a result of his finagling. Change it? You might disappear your parents. Hire Embrious. He’s eighty, but shrewd. He’ll give you the back story on everything. And ask him about Grickle. You’re the good guys, right? That little half-demon needs mentoring. Maybe you can’t fix this world, but you might save the boy.
